What I’m Like as a Therapist
My approach to therapy is warm, steady, and collaborative. I value creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to show up honestly without pressure to have everything figured out. I pay close attention to both what is happening internally for you and what emerges within the therapeutic relationship itself, using those moments to support deeper insight and self-awareness.
Therapy with me is relational and grounded. I believe meaningful change happens through curiosity, connection, and building awareness of the patterns that shape your emotions, relationships, and daily life. I aim to support clients at a pace that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with where they are emotionally and relationally.

My Approach
I integrate EMDR, somatic awareness, relational therapy, and parts work to support whole-person healing. Together, we explore the emotional and nervous system layers of your experience while building tools for greater emotional regulation, self-understanding, and connection.
I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to the individual. Sessions are collaborative and flexible, with space for both processing and practical support. We may explore the patterns and protective strategies you have developed over time, how they show up in your relationships and daily life, and the emotions or experiences that still feel unresolved.
My goal is to help clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful and sustainable change over time.

What to Expect
Our work together will begin with a consultation and an opportunity to explore what feels most important for you right now. The first few sessions focus on building connection, understanding your goals, and creating a pace that feels supportive for your nervous system and current needs.
Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum in the work. Sessions with me are collaborative, grounded, and paced with intention, with space to explore emotional patterns, relationships, identity, and the ways you have learned to navigate stress and connection over time.
My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can show up honestly, deepen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
