New to therapy...what should I know?

It’s okay if you’re not quite sure where to begin. You don’t need to come into therapy with all the right words or a clear picture of what you want to work on. We’ll start by getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, and what you’re hoping for from our time together.
Traditional therapy sessions are 55 to 60 minutes, with longer sessions available when having more space feels supportive. Most clients begin weekly, and from there, we’ll find a rhythm that feels supportive of your needs, goals, and the work we’re doing together.
Do you take insurance?

Rhythm is primarily a self pay practice, allowing for greater flexibility in how your care is personalized. I am in network with select Aetna plans and can provide superbills for clients who would like to seek out of network reimbursement. Because coverage varies by plan, I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to better understand your benefits and potential reimbursement.
What is the cost of therapy?

Traditional 55 to 60 minute therapy sessions are $185. Longer sessions and Personalized Therapy Intensives are available and are billed at the same hourly rate, with the length and format tailored to your individual needs and goals. I also reserve a portion of my caseload for sliding scale rates for those experiencing financial need, based on current availability.
Can I Work With You If I Live Outside of Florida?

Therapy is available in person in Jupiter, Florida, and virtually throughout the state. For traditional therapy sessions, you must be physically located in Florida at the time of your appointment.
If you live outside of Florida, you may be able to travel to Jupiter for an in person Personalized Therapy Intensive. We’ll start with a complimentary consultation to explore what you’re looking for and whether an intensive may be a good fit.
